How to clean the textile part?
The fabric part is removable. To wash it, deflate the seat, remove it, and machine wash it at 30°C, on a delicate cycle, without spinning. Air dry. Avoid tumble drying. Ironing possible at 110°C maximum. Dry cleaning allowed.
How to clean a light stain without removing the fabric part?
For a recent or superficial stain, gently rub with a damp, slightly soapy cloth. Allow to air dry. Avoid harsh products and solvents.
Can I use DEELYA without the textile part?
The textile part provides comfort, protects the support, and gives DEELYA its finished look. Without it, the object can function, but the user experience is not the one intended.
INFLATION AND ADJUSTMENT
Does DEELYA deflate over time, is this normal?
Slight deflation may occur over the weeks — this is normal for an air-filled object. A few pumps are enough to reinflate it in seconds.
How to set up DEELYA?
DEELYA can be adjusted on two levels.
With more air, the sensation becomes more invigorating. With a little less air, it becomes softer. Each person adjusts it according to their feeling.
The base has two sides: a smooth side and a textured side. You choose, you flip it over, you adjust it according to the moment and your feeling.
Should I deflate DEELYA when not in use?
DEELYA can remain inflated on its seat between uses. To store it or transport it over long distances, the provided valve remover allows you to remove the valve, and the item deflates.
Can I inflate DEELYA with a pump other than the one provided?
Yes, any pump compatible with the DEELYA valve will work. The pump provided is compact and easy to use.
TEXTILES AND ACCESSORIES
How are the textile parts made?
DEELYA's textile parts are manufactured in Portugal, by our textile partner, by seamstresses specialized in upholstery. They are hand-sewn to ensure a precise fit on the seating base, with a neat finish and good durability in use.
Can I purchase an additional or replacement fabric part?
Yes. Several colors are available, and the textile parts are interchangeable. Practical for varying ambiances or having a spare textile part during washing.

How to remove and reattach the fabric part?
To remove it: open the fabric part all the way, remove the valve with the valve remover provided, then let the seat deflate. Then slide off the cover to remove it.
To put it back on, slip the cover over the deflated seat, reinflate with the pump, close the valve, then zip up the zipper (a slight tension in the fabric is normal).
The whole process takes less than a minute.
Is the pump replaceable?
Yes. The pump provided can be replaced. To purchase a replacement pump, contact us
ROBUSTNESS AND DURABILITY
DEELYA is designed for prolonged daily use. These few questions concern its resistance and longevity over time.
What is DEELYA's lifespan?
DEELYA is designed to last. With normal maintenance—regularly washing the textile part, adjusting inflation as needed—the object retains its qualities over time.

What if the seat punctures or deteriorates?
If DEELYA no longer holds air after inflation, please contact us. Depending on the nature of the problem and the warranty period, we examine each case to offer the best solution.
What weight does DEELYA support?
DEELYA supports up to 120 kg for prolonged daily use. Beyond this, the item remains usable, but its lifespan may be affected. 200 kg maximum.
WARRANTY
What is the warranty period for DEELYA?
DEELYA is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the seat, textile, and pump.
Exclusions include damage due to improper use, punctures by sharp or cutting objects, and exposure to intense heat sources.
How do I activate the warranty?
