Package and preparation
Shipping designed for a compact package
Each complete DEELYA is shipped deflated, flat, in a compact package. The package contains the seat support, the chosen textile part, the manual pump, the valve remover, and the user manual.
Depending on the selected composition, the order may also include multiple textile colors or multiple DEELYAs.
Prepared in Savoie, shipped to Europe
Orders are prepared and shipped from our logistics provider CLD, based in Savoie. After payment validation, the order is generally prepared within 24/48 business hours.
Returns & Refunds
Returns from Europe
Orders delivered in Europe follow the same return conditions as orders placed in mainland France. You have 30 days after receipt to return your DEELYA, provided the product is returned in good condition and in its original packaging.
